What we collect

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order: name, email, phone, delivery address, order history and the research-use declaration you give at checkout. Payment details are handled by Stripe or Ziina.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, send transactional emails (confirmation, shipping and refund updates), provide support and meet legal and tax obligations. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processors, couriers, email and hosting providers) and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by UAE tax law. You can ask us to delete account data that we are not required to keep.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your session, cart and age confirmation. We do not use advertising cookies.
